Qualifications & Skills:
  • Engineering Bachelor Degree

  • Strong C programming
  • Embedded system concept is a must
  • Good knowledge of SW design
  • Specification-based and structure-based testing techniques is a plus
  • Vehicle networking: Ethernet, Flexray, CAN and LIN is a plus
  • Result-oriented

Job Summary: AUTOSAR Development Engineer is responsible for the detailed design, implementation, testing and authoring of Software Components and Complex Drivers. Responsibilities & Duties: - Analyze and understand SW requirements and architecture. - Detailed design of SWC/CDD. - Embedded C code implementation according to the required standards. - Unit/Component/Static testing. - Create AUTOSAR arxml that includes all required info for the SWC/CDD integration. - Support the integrators in the integration process. Job Summary: The Validation SR Principal/Chief Engineer is responsible for leading a team of software validation engineers for a complete end-to-end feature validation. He/She will collaborate with different stakeholders: customer, management, engineering, and other validation teams to ensure that all customer requirements are validated. In addition to validation, he/she is expected to support the test strategy/process definition for the validation team. Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Define SW validation plans for assigned projects.
  • Lead a group of software validation engineers.
  • Estimate efforts and assess risks.
  • Analyze requirements for testability.
  • Design and deploy test environments according to the project needs.
  • Design, automate, and execute test cases.
  • Test reporting at different levels: test team, development team, and management levels.
  • Continuous communication of work progress on a weekly/daily basis as needed.
  • Conduct technical reviews on test artifacts.
  • Contribute to the company’s test process and strategy.
  • Train/Support team members on processes, methodologies, and tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Engineering or Computer Science Bachelor Degree.
  • At least 8+ years of experience overall in software testing.
  • At least 5+ years in automotive embedded software testing (Validation and Integration
  • test).
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and testing techniques.
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl …).
  • Experience in requirements and testing management (e.g., using DOORS/JIRA).
  • Experience in automotive bus technologies and diagnostics.
  • Experience with Vector tools (CANoe, vTeststudio, CAPL scripting).
  • Experience with a HIL tester.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining Aspice processes.
  • Experience working in Agile projects.
  • Experience with C# or Java programming language is a plus.
  • Experience working in Autosar projects is a plus.
  • Different levels of ISTQB certificates are a plus.
  • Experience in leading and coaching and mentoring validation teams.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
